AquaSommelier exists to raise awareness about water quality — the most essential and most overlooked variable in human health and culinary experience. We believe every person deserves to understand what they drink: where it came from, what minerals it carries, and whether it deserves a place at their table.
We write to make water literacy accessible — for chefs and curious drinkers alike — and to advocate for cleaner, more transparent sources around the world.
